Peak bodies clash over proposal for nurse-led weight management in schools

National peak body for nurses, the Australian College of Nursing (ACN), has released a position statement proposing that all school-aged children in Australia have access to a registered nurse that is suitably qualified to provide guidance on maintaining a healthy weight.
